Supported by key accredited Hertel management, approved design and engineering consultants, and specialist sub-contractors we are ideally placed to be able to provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel to carry out all your site civil and building maintenance requirements.

Projects are managed from conception to completion under Construction design and Management regulations (CDM).

In terms of project and shutdown work, Hertel offer the capability and expertise involved in establishing temporary contractors villages. A complete scope of service is offered here, including procurement, groundwork preparation, installation inclusive of services provision (power, water, drainage etc.), maintenance and dismantling.

Hertel’s civils capability extends to major construction works to existing plant buildings (control rooms/ workshops etc.) to ensure compliance with blast protection legislation. For maintenance and refurbishment, our expertise in all aspects of facilities engineering (PAT, IEE routines, HVAC installation and maintenance) can be relied upon as well as layout modifications, electrical installation, legionella inspection/monitoring and so on.

For site services, Hertel are experienced in the supply and installation of sewer lines and construction of pumping stations (Fire Water Retention Project) and car park and access road construction.

Working through the complete lifecycle of our customers investments in plant buildings, as well as undertaking emergency work, experienced and accredited site personal ensure safe and comfortable working environments – delivered safely, efficiently and ontime.
