He is impressed by people’s flexibility and commitment, and believes Germany is generally heading in the right direction.
David himself is proud to work for Hertel/MWL, and finds it fascinating to be part of a continually developing team and business. His colleagues ask for and value his ideas and experiences, which is a big contributory factor in the motivated, results-oriented way in which he deals with and overcomes challenges.
One point about Hertel/MWL that David regards as particularly noteworthy is its global character, which brings him interesting professional contacts throughout Europe and makes the concept of globalisation a very tangible reality.
