The role Reporting to the Application Manager, the Graduate Application Analyst will analyse, document and propose solutions for large, and or complex business areas and prepare functional specifications. You’ll prepare user documents, training and support. Key responsibilities include:
  • To liaise closely with other members of ERP team
  • To assist in the roll out of the ERP System (IFS) in Belgium and Germany
  • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements of projects, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
  • Take active part in ERP Implementation Process
  • Analyse and document Business Processes.
  • Document workflows and results of business analysis.
  • To design and execute training for ERP Application in Belgian and German Offices
  • Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
  • Liaise closely with end users creating specifications for Reports and Change Requests
Who we're looking for You have a degree in Business or Business IT relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience of IFS or other ERP type systems. Your communication skill and interpersonal skill are strong and you are client focused. Furthermore can speak and write the English, Dutch and German languages.
