Hertel Rotating Equipment provides an extremely efficient valve and rotating equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul service, including the management of spares.
With a track record of over half a century aligned to the needs of maintaining and improving process and petrochemical plants, Hertel offers a complete workshop service as well as onsite maintenance, installation, overhaul and repair.
Maintaining an innovative, flexible and above all professional approach to the management, maintenance and repair of our customers' assets, Hertel’s expertise is used as a stand-alone service or alongside our Industrial Services and Power Services businesses to offer a complete integrated package of services.
Hertel provide a comprehensive service aligned with customers needs from simple repair to the full management of assets.
Monitoring and regular evaluation of equipment gives a clear indication of condition, providing a base upon which action can be taken to ensure optimum performance is maintained. All asset records are available via the web to ensure our customers are fully appraised of the condition and progress of their assets.
In the case of old or obsolete equipment, or where delivery times demand, we have the ability through our extensive workshop facilities to manufacture component parts (reverse engineer) enabling the equipment and our customers plants to continue to operate.
