Total Valve and Pump Management Databases
The TVM and TPM databases hold technical information for most types of valves and pumps.
Historical job data is also stored within the database, enabling the production of frequency statistics and giving the ability to highlight routinely failing assets. All overhaul data can be automatically produced directly from the TVM and TPM databases with technical details printed, reducing the risk of errors or omissions of key data.
Directly linked to our Stock Asset Logistics system, another Hertel Total Asset Management developed system, this enables a bill of materials to be viewed for each asset. Customer stock is stored within the facility, enabling us to quickly obtain spares, should they be required during an overhaul.
The database can be utilised as a planning tool for our centre’s, enabling the tracking of progress through the workshop and enabling the centre personnel to quickly and easily produce reports such as work in progress and work on hold. This, in turn, increases the feedback available to our customers, enabling better relations and early identification and mitigation of any problems arising.
The database is Internet accessible for customers via a secure Internet link making it possible for customers to track the progress of equipment, view photographs of components, review spares details, technical details, run reports, etc.
