Our project mangers cover all aspects including safety, procurement, construction, planning, commercial, risk and contracts management for multi-discipline projects.

For all projects a dedicated project manager is appointed, who will oversee and guide the client through all phases from the contract award to hand-over. This gives our clients a single point of contact that is specifically selected because their skills and experience are most relevant to the project.

Our in house engineering team cover disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, Piping and Plumbing, Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom, HVAC and Loss Control.

During the project engineering and preparation phase, a dedicated project team are appointed who work from one project engineering location. This project team consists of project management, engineering, procurement, project support functions and work preparation. During the construction period the project team will be transferred to the construction location, in order to guarantee swift transfer of all aspects of the project.
