Acquisitions bring further expansion in the Middle East
Hertel to acquire Modern Scaffold Leasing Services WLL (Bahrain), Global Bahrain (Bahrain) and Modern Services Limited WLL (Qatar).
European based industrial project and maintenance services company Hertel recently acquired Modern Scaffold Leasing Services WLL (Bahrein), Global Bahrain (Bahrain) and Modern Services Limited WLL (Qatar) to enforce and expand the geographic foothold in the Middle East region.

Both MSL and MSLS have a reputable track record in offering scaffolding and painting services and enjoy loyal customer base in the petrochemical, refining, metals, building and power generating industries.

Hertel acquires Willich Asia and Kok Chang Scaffolding
European based industrial services company Hertel recently acquired a majority of the shares (60%) of two companies that will enforce its strategic position in the Far East; industrial services company Willich Asia in Thailand and scaffolding company Kok Chang in Singapore.

Major order for McGill Services
Seadragon Offshore Limited have contracted to Tees Alliance Group Limited (TAG) the outfitting of a Bare Deck Unit (BDU) for a Semi-submersible Drilling Rig SD01.
