Quality assured across the board in the Middle East
Since entering the industrial services market in the Middle East in 2006 Hertel has followed a carefully thought out strategy, forming joint ventures with renowned local companies, starting new businesses, and acquiring and building specialist companies throughout the region.
This commitment to investing in our people and services, bringing safe, efficient and high quality services for our customers has now been recognised with ISO accreditation throughout the Middle East.
Remarkably, the whole process was carried out over a period of only eight months. Beginning in Bahrain, the project was spearheaded by Michael Vivero, Hertel’s Quality Management Representative.
Michael explains: “The process involved all of the management team, from the MD to the country managers. In particular, regional representatives including Vijay Pillai and Akbar Baig in Saudi Arabia, Jonathon Daines in the UAE and Rolly Macedonia in Qatar showed their tireless effort from day one to the end of the audit.
“This achievement really fills me with pride. This milestone was achieved through real hard work, dedication and cooperation in a very short space of time.”
