Altrad and the shareholders of Hertel have finalized the acquisition of Hertel’s worldwide access solutions, insulation, corrosion protection and mechanical businesses by Altrad. The consultation processes with Hertel’s works council have been completed and the competition authorities have approved the transaction. A second consecutive year without any safety incidents has been celebrated by the Hertel team working at the Total Lindsey Oil Refinery with a £1,000 donation to charity.
