Hertel supports the Hunger Project
On Sunday the 6th of November, a team of five Hertel colleagues took on the challenge to 'Run for the Hunger' at the 5th edition of a fund raising event in Amsterdam.
Paul Broekhuijsen, Ted Jegen, Maurice Vietsch, Cees Vink and Haki Bozan put on their training shoes to run either 5 or 10 kilometers. Hertel takes part in this event to help raise funds to fight poverty and hunger in Benin, one of the poorest countries in the world.
The project supports education, programmes to promote self-sufficiency and workshops for building a better future.
This year a total amount of € 210,000 was raised through several events and campaigns.
