Industrial Cleaning

Services include heavy dust removal in power stations, cement works, new-build hand over cleans and factory cleaning. High performance vacuum equipment is used for the safe collection, removal and recycling or disposal of waste materials.

High specification equipment designed for harsh environments is used for the safe removal of granular materials including sand, gravel, brickwork and factory rubble, coal, ash, cement and lime dust where emission control is a concern.

All of our diesel vacuum units are fitted with spark arrestors, chalwyn valves and earthing cables.

Zone rated systems

In order to ensure safety and comply with regulations, Hertel only deploy approved zone rated industrial safety vacuum systems. Suitable for use in various Gas Zones and Dust Zones, these vacuum systems allow for the collection of hazardous dust and debris without the risk of explosion.

Fully earth bonded, the systems include anti-static conductive vacuum and air supply hoses, preventing sparks and shocks.

The integrity of the systems is monitored through individual testing and certification of filtration efficiency and earth path continuity.

The three stage filtration system comprises of a disposable paper bag, anti static cloth filter, and a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter. This provides efficiency of 99.997% at 0.6 micron to BS 3928.
