Appointment within the Executive Board Hertel Holding
The Supervisory Board of Hertel Holding BV is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kees de Korver as full member of the Executive Board of Hertel Holding.
With effect of 17 August 2011 Kees de Korver (60) has assumed the line responsibility for group wide improvement and integration programs, next to taking charge of the Hertel operations in the Middle East. Kees de Korver holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and has held international senior management positions with Shell, Philips and Honeywell.
We are confident that with this appointment the Executive Board of Hertel Holding is well positioned to lead the company into continued success. Kees is an excellent manager with many years of experience in international and operational environments.
With the appointment of Kees de Korver, the Executive Board of Hertel Holding has been completed and is composed as follows:

Hertel moving closer to its customers
Hertel is pleased to announce a restructuring of its operations in the Middle East. Two new area offices are being created in Abu Dhabi (to cover UAE, Qatar and Oman) and Dammam (to cover Saudi Arabia and Bahrain).
