Hertel well on the way in Eastern Europe
Hertel is growing steadily worldwide. This includes Romania, where a Romanian branch of Hertel Industrial Services has been operational since January of last year, alongside the Hertel location in Lithuania which has been running for eleven years.
Many of the new Hertel branches are the result of acquisitions, but this is not the case in Romania. After the success in Lithuania, there was a need for further expansion in Eastern Europe.
It turns out that Romania has one of the oldest (petro)chemical industries in the world. In view of this historical background and the positive future prospects, Hertel Industrial Services decided to open a branch in Targoviste (a town 60 km north of Bucharest). From here we mainly enter into contracts for scaffolding and insulation work.”
