MOU signed between CUEL and Hertel
On Tuesday, January 29, 2008 Mr. Narong Boonyasaquan, Managing Director of CUEL Limited (CUEL), and Mr. Joost Knoll, Chief Executive Officer of the Hertel Group (Hertel), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between CUEL and Hertel Defence & Offshore.
The signing ceremony took place at CUEL Bangkok Office and was witnessed by Mr. Patrick Cox, CUEL General Manager — Operations, Mr. Mark Witjens, Hertel D&O Managing Director and Mr. Simon Kramer, Hertel Regional Director.
This MOU represents a major step in the future cooperation between CUEL and Hertel. Both companies have a long track record in the offshore industry and have agreed to jointly secure and execute the offshore living quarters construction works in Thailand and other agreed Asia Pasific regions.
