Strategic take-overs for Hertel
Industrial services company Hertel recently acquired three companies that will enforce its strategic position, both in a global and market perspective.
Hertel has acquired McGill Services (containerised technical modular solutions) in Middlesbrough, UK, Enning Montagen (engineering, mechanical project & maintenance services) in Recklinghausen, Germany and H.O. Schlüter (piping & steelwork) in Hanerau-Hademarschen, Germany.

Major order for MAG by GNS
GNS Gesellschaft für Nuklear-Service mbH, Essen (GNS) has recently awarded MWL APPARATEBAU GmbH GRIMMA, Grimma (MAG) with fabrication and supply of 100 transport and storage vessels type CONSTOR for disposal of burnt down fuel rods.
Hertel takes over Aker Kvaerner workshops
Hertel expanded its business in the UK Industrial sector and secured 160 jobs with the acquisition of Aker Kvaerner's Engineering Services workshop and maintenance business.
